HISTORY

The ASPEL Group is a Belgian privately owned company created in 2000 by merging 3 Belgian companies (ASPEL – POLYFORM – VG Plastics).

ASPEL located in Eupen (Belgium) was founded in 1953. Today Eupen is the Headquarter of the ASPEL Group.

In 2004 ASPEL opened its plants in Mexico and Slovakia. Also the Chinese operation started in the same year.

The ASPEL Group is fully owned by ANCHORAGE, a Belgian financial holding. Our shareholder is financially strong and has a long term investment strategy with focus on value growth.

With 300 people (10% with an Engineering background) and more than 130 machines with a range of 15 to 440 tons ASPEL is present in 3 continents today:

• Europe: Belgium & Slovakia
• North America: Mexico
• Asia: China

ASPEL has a known name and the reputation for supporting customers to create value since nearly 30 years in Injection Molding.
